Just got the newest issue of Brew Your Own,March-April..and its Australian brewers....woot!

lot of recipes from your part of the world..and some from the winners of AABC.
any of you get in?
Us Americans will be sampling the goods now.

Dont think any of the AABC winners were from here, try aussiehomebrewer.

Read my copy last night, little bit concerned about the suggestion of carbonating an aussie pale/sparkling ale to 3.5 vol CO2. Sounds more like champagne than beer.....

Whilst i am actually in the magazine you will need to be extremely good at the 'Where's Wally' game to find me (assuming you even know what i look like).

Still waiting for a brewery to offer me a job...... :lol:
