Anyone drink it? I bought a case the other day and might make it my staple given that i have to listen to screaming babies and toddlers the lower alcohol might be better for me i think. Anyone know of a good supplier in the wollongong area or somewhere between the gong and sydney?

Supplier!? Here's a supply:

Rob’s Mild
This is a Coopers Mild clone, supposedly.
1.5kg tin Coopers Liquid Light Malt Extract
500g Dry Wheat Malt
150g Crystal malt
100g Carapils
50g Chocolate malt
Coopers recultured yeast

Triple hoped, with Pride of Ringwood and Saaz, according to the Coopers description, so I might try:
5g POR @ 60 mins, 10 IBU
10g POR @ 15 mins, 9 IBU
15g Saaz @ 5 mins, 2 IBU

Total, 21 IBU.

If you wanna buy a case of the real stuff go to Dan Murphys, they stock and always at a competitive or anti-competitive (depends how you look at it) price.

I got a six of the Mild, mistaking the label colour for 'Dark'. It was quite good, better than the Sparkling in my opinion, but I would have preferred the Dark, which I can't seem to find here in Brisbane.

It's a nice drop, as far as Milds go ( far better than any other MidStrength beer )

I do prefer Coopers Pale Ale, or Dark Ale though. That little bit more alcohol definatly adds to the flavour.
