It's the Beginning of a New Year

Kurtz just realized that it's not 2005 any more.
Some may say that is too late to wish all a very happy New Year, but throwing convention aside I wish you all a brilliant brewing year...I figure that we have a choice between the past and the future, between the habits and beers of the past, and the demands and opportunities of the future. There are moments in history when the whole fate and future of nations can be decided by a single decision. For Australia, and Australian beers and brewers this is such a time. It's time for new beers, a new drive for equality of opportunities to brew : it's time to create new opportunities for Australian Brewers ,time for a new vision of what we can achieve in this generation for our nation and the beers that we brew.
