The results are in on my particular slow cooker......finally. (Kambrook 6 Litre)

Two litres of water with no grains. Just under 85 degrees C. As I suspected.

Well, thanks mate. Saves me the time now.

Find 67deg, switch off and strike the grain.

Hi Guys,
Stupid question :?, but about HOP additions...

When a recipe says, for e.g.
30g Willamette @60
20g Cascade @15
20g Perle @0

Its a T-minus scale yeah?

In my example, the Willamette goes in first, followed by the Cascade 45min later,
Followed by the Perle at flameout. For a total of 60 mins.
Is that right?

Great! because thats how I read it for the last 4 extract beers I have done.
Just thought I'd check, I have done stupider things...
