does any one have good coopers real ale recipe that they would share.going to put down a real ale this weekend

The real ale makes a good base for a Fat Yak clone.

Recipe: 102 Fat Yak
Style: American Pale Ale
TYPE: Extract
Steep grain in 1L of 70C water in thermos for 1 hour, sparge with 2L 70C water.
Hop boil ~340g DME in 3L liquor

I've done this one, and if you don't mind the slightly decreased ABV, I reckon it's a good match for fat yak. It started out pretty much as a "cleaning out the cupboard" ale.

Coopers Real Ale
500g LDME
1kg Coopers BE2
250g Weyermann Caramunich Type 2 steeped
16g Cascade @ 10 min
12g Nelson Sauvin @ 5 min
US-05

Make to 28l.
