The real ale makes a good base for a Fat Yak clone.
Recipe: 102 Fat Yak
Style: American Pale Ale
TYPE: Extract
Steep grain in 1L of 70C water in thermos for 1 hour, sparge with 2L 70C water.
Hop boil ~340g DME in 3L liquor
