G'day all.
Firstly I would like to thank my wonderful son for letting me know 'your beer thingy is leaking!'. That should have meant RUN, not 'yeah I know it is'. He didn't think to mention ON THE FLOOR!. It was while I was racking a hard thought out, awe inspiring IIPA brew using simcoe for the first time. 1083 OG, 90+ IBU, 13 ltrs left and I can always brew another one.
Once again, Thanks son.
Cheers

You're not a real brewer until..........you lose beer onto the floor.

My sympathies on your loss.

At least it wasn't the whole batch.... I have a Shed Floor Ale, made to the recipe of the one that I lost.... The shed smelt awesome!

The pain eases with time.

Also remember, when you've finished force carbing a keg, try not to pull out the gas line from the disconnect whilst the keg is under pressure.

Tried that a few nights ago.

New curtains are now on order.
