What dispensing pressure does every one use for their bronco?

I had a nightmare getting a decent pour - even at very low pressures

I used about 40kpa. But really, it's not an issue of the kind of tap you're using so much as the diameter and length of the beer line. If you can't get a decent pour, either reduce the diameter or increase the length. This will increase the resistance in the line, and make the beer pour slower, allowing you to get less head and more beer out of the tap.
