Tried this last week with an Amarillo Ale. Quite fond of mussels and this did not disappoint in the least. The Amarillo flavour hung around even in the boiling and was well received by all.

Go try it. I am going to give it another go with a Boonies LCPA.

Cheers, Pete.

Where is a tissue? I am drooling all over my work keyboard.

Edit:
I have now planned an evening with some friends in order to cook this. My GF lives very close to the fish market, so I know where I will be going for my mussels.
