Kegging cider

im new to brewing and just wondering if anyone could help me in kegging a cider i want the fine bubbles you can get when you bottle cider but i want it in my keg is there any way of doing this when force carbing it?

im also wondering i mad a brew craft kit befor and it was nice but would love to make it sweeter this time the recipe was

1 can Black Rock Cider with the cider yeast
1kg pack Brewcraft # 15 Brew Booster
1 50ml Top Shelf Apple Schnapps essence
and 500g Lactose
and fill fermenter up to 18L

Since you're kegging I'm pretty sure you can just cold crash before you reach your FG to put the yeast to sleep. You'd have to make sure your keg was always kept cold until it was empty though, I reckon. Or you could let it ferment out then back-sweeten the keg with a whack of apple juice - same deal with keeping the kegs cold. Otherwise you could always up the amount of lactose but 500g seems like a fair bit already (of course that's just me).
