Hi all
I've discovered that the house I bought a while ago has a huge peach tree out the front, didn't realise until it was covered in fruit
They are nice and ripe now and taste great, so I was thinking of making a cider and racking it onto some crushed peaches in a secondary fermenter. Is this an ok idea? Do i need to remove the stones or skins? Should I freeze the peaches first?
