The ginger beer came out really nice, out of 12 bottles there is one left. the neighbours came back for more . I'll put more ginger in next time though. The recipie used powdered ginger but I used fresh, I should have doubled the fresh as powdered is much stronger...But it was still well worth the effort
I'll give the honey a shot in my next batch.

my latest recipe has fresh ginger, honey, brown sugar & some dextrose, huge success with all that try it, have you put your recipe up here ?
