I have used a few tins of brew well past the use by date, One was about three years past, used new yeast and they worked out fine! :)

Yeah, I like to use clean skin bottles, So I remove the labels as I brew. It would take a month i reckon to do them all in one hit. :?

I tend to drink crisper beers like Pure Blonde or similair with pizza, I find it tends to cut the "heavy" feeling you get straight after eating it. 8)

Mate I bottled just this morning with wet glass. The bottles were sanitised, then rinsed 20 minutes later. Within 10 minutes I primes (yes primes into wet bottles so the sugar effectively starts to dissolve) Then bottled about 3/4 of an hour later. Have done this several times so far without ...

Well I was at the dawn service, marched with my grandfathers medals proudly on the chest. Cam home at 7:30 this morning, bottle up a brew, back to the morning service to march again. Home at midday. put down a new brew in one of the fermenters, then had a couple of hours sleep. I'll sleep well ...

Give it another three months and you will probably be wrapped with it! I had a dark ale that I polished offlast weekend. It didn't come into it's own until it had been in the bottle 14 months. I was fully prepared after that length of time for it to be stuffed, it was bloody beautiful! 8)

I have around 30 milk crates. stores most of the bottles I have (each holds about 15 bottles) The rest are just rinsed well and sit upright in the brew shed Works a treat, then I sterilise just before bottling. :)
