I have a brew down, its probably ready to bottle in a few days. the thing is, i have a funeral that has come up, and i won't be back till sometime early january. SO....... will my brew be fine :D ? or is my yeast going to ...

I thnk its pretty damn foul.

My cousin gets a rash if he drinks VB. This gave him the mega rash of all rashes. All the guys from the footy team didn't believe it until they seen this.

AP next time your in the area hunt down a bottle of the st peter's green star lager (a bottle conditioned, light, wheat lager).. if you like the blonde you'll more than likely like the star.. most pubs that have the blonde on tap will have the green star in their bottlo

SO, you would lose *approx* 2 litres racking first to second, then another 2 if you were bulk priming in a third vessel, then maybe another 2 (maybe not that much?) from third if bottleing? :shock:

I've done about 10 brews too, no infections here.

Production manager for a company that specializes in marketing for voluntary sporting clubs, but don't charge a fee for our services.
