white film like substance
The last 2 brews I have put down have both had a white film like substance floating on top of the brew. I removed what I could with a scoop. I bottled it, and 2 months later when I openned it the white stuff had come back. What is it? and is it safe to drink? Yes, I'm new at the brewing business ...
