and it is really overcarbonated. Is it to much bulk priming with dextrose
(180gr)or does it need chilling for a couple of days.I have only tryed it
straight to the freezer for a30mins then drink.

should have tipped the lot in.

Wow, What a waste. Most of my brews look like this.
WAL'S kits have heaps of hops and they always float to the top.
A saflager always smell's,but gives a good crisp finish.
Next time ask before throwing out as it sound like a nice brew.
Cheers :?:

Racking & bulk priming

Bought my rack tube from Bunnings Warehouse.cost about $3.00
I have bulked primed with dextrose for the past 3 yrs and have
found it to be great.I don;t mix by hand ,I just let the racking motion
mix the detrose mix.I usually mix between 150 to 180 grams of dex
with 300ml of boiled water depending ...

Wow, is it definetly mould
I have made a coopers sparkling ale and have wonder what type of
yeast it was.it seemed like a mix of two yeasts. The smell when fermenting
was similar to a lager yeast. It was still brewing at lower temp's.I have not
bottled it yet so I will let the results known. :lol ...

Hi
I used a 25ltr fermenter and maybe this
contributed to the of flavours
out of the 53 brew's I have made
only 3 have had prob's
and i think it was mainly higher temp ranges
I wil try another ,just for piece of mind in my smaller
fermenter.
