Love no-chillin, I dry hop after about 10 days and get great results... :D You could try doing a Hop Tea/French Press for your Dry Hopping, personally havnt done it yet but it exposes your hops to boiling liquid and apparently gives a completely different ...

I have just purchased a fridge tap for my soon to be kegerator. I have already drilled a hole in the side of the fridge for my gas line. It was an absolute bitch to drill that one.
The shank I have for the fridge tap is around 22" which is waaayyy bigger than any of the drill bits I have ...
+1 on Trough Lollys advice, best bit of kit ive bought... Get the weldless and it only takes a hole to install it, it shows you all your temps for Protein rests, mash temps, mash out temps, sparges etc etc... :wink:
Just have to ensure its calibrated to the right temp, but it will save you holding ...
I think for Single, say 5kg batches, 70ltr Esky is way to big IMO.. I think you would be better off(for singles) to go with your smaller esky, it will hold temp much better even if the sides are thinner as the Mash will hold temp very well by retaining the heat and not letting it escape ...

I've discarded the lid and air-lock in preference for the plastic wrap and pin-hole. Been doing it this way ...
In that case I might weld mine :D . Thought i would have to take it somewhere to be welded . The new kettle will be doubling as a crayfish cooker (on the few times i get to go craying) so i can screw the tap out and put a bung in.
On the subject of kettles, is the nassa burner sutable to sit ...
yeah I did wonder wether they chill or not, and do they aerate, I usually aerate when pouring out of tub into fermenter by dropping from height, seems to get oxygen into the wort!
