Thanks for the help guys. I've got the Goldings on order. Will be my first attempt using ingredients other than the brew kit... really looking forward to tasting

Hi all,
For my 3rd brew, im thinking about trying the hightail clone i found on this site at http://www.homebrewandbeer.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=37156 .
I just have one quick question.... I bought 1kg of Coopers light dried malt from the local coles, and i want to check it's the same as the light ...

Could be greasy residue (from dishwater), or detergent left in your glass. Clean your glass with hot water and get it nice and cold in the fridge. Might help.

Hi all,
Im new at this, and started my second brew on Thursday just gone. It is a Tooheys draught kit, and following the advice from my local shop, i used a brewcraft brewblend #1 (75% dex, 25% maltodex), and 250gms extra dried maltodex. I thought it was a little wierd to have the additional 250gms ...
