What to do now? After In-Bottle Fermentation.

Nearing the end of the 2 weeks said to ferment inside the bottles and wondering what happens now - are they ready to go?

So do i put them all in the fridge or leave them as they are and only chill the ones i am ready to drink?

Ok - yeh 2nd fermentation meant that i have bottled it and it is sitting aside in the PET bottles.

I don't think i will have any issues with priming as i used to carbonation drops/lollies - so hopefully they are measured accurately to prevent this..

Bottling - Let it sit?

Just bottled my first coopers lager brew - do i just let it sit in the bottles now for 2 weeks?

Are there any recommended temps to achieve here?

Wondering if its ready to bottle now then??

Also, can i just rinse the provided PET bottles out with cold tap water or do i have to do ...

Froth in my air valve

Hi Guys,

Just got a Coopers Microbrewery kit and started my first brew - came with a lager.

After 1 and a half days in the tub, the air valve at the top seems to have pushed all the water out of it and is full of frothy bubbles..

Refilled this with water but seems to just build up pressure inside ...
