Beermaker's
finished my batch of Beermaker's. just had a taste before I bottled and it has a very nice aroma, but, at this point, it is extremely bitter. I am not sure if they spilled the hop cart when they were making the kit or what happened. Maybe I did something wrong, but I don't think the taste is "bad ...

Leafs
Yeah, I am always rooting for the Leafs as well although I enjoy watching the Canucks and Oilers too . (I hope I don't offend anyone, but my family made sure I was an "ABC" fan. I am sure that you know what that is, but, for the Aussies, it means "Anyone But The Canadians".) Now my father-in-law is ...

hockey
Yeah, the Penguins certainly need some talent these days. It wouldn't have been one of my first choices for a place to see him play, but could have been worse; he could have ended up in Philly. (sorry, I have hated the Flyers ever since I was a wee pup.)

sorry.
Yes, sorry Dan. You are right. I was thinking Ottawa. I did that in 9 hours (from Fredericton) a couple of years ago. I went to Toronto another time, but that was a long time ago, so can't remember how long it took and have never been to Hamilton. (Maybe I am thinking of the time I flew into Toronto ...

Are you sure?
From the cans, it appears that Beer Maker's is Australian made. In fact, I think the Australian flag is on each of the cans.

no, never been to Hamilton
...but, from what I hear, I'm not missing a whole lot. I believe it's a fairly industrial city. No, I am from New Brunswick (about a 9 hour drive east from Hamilton). Since Canada is such a big country, most of us only get to see certain parts of it in our lifetime. As for actually being a Canalian ...

hi Dan.
I just ran across this site yesterday. I'm from New Brunswick actually, but I can already see that this is a good site for me as I have only been brewing (kits) for a couple of months now. I would certainly be interested to see some Canadian content, but also would like to see more personal ratings ...

Figured I would get in on this
I am also from Canada, but Eastern Canada. I actually have three brew shops in my city and, like Dan says, they all stock Munton's, Morgan's and Cooper's. That is pretty much it. However, one also stocks Brew Canada and one has John Bull and Black Rock kits. I have never heard of Edme.
However, my ...
