i wouldnt have a problem if they called and said we were unable to read your meter, can we arrange to have it read. Or if they actually stated on the bill we were unable to read your account and this is an estimated reading.

we are having a human experience, yes, but when this has happened to you ...

Also they didnt even write on the bill that it was an estimated reading (which is illegal!!!) some poor f**kers would jsut pay the bill thinking mysteriously they had used more electricity.

Be very careful with Origin energy, about 4 or 5 times instead of coming to read our gas or electricity meter they have just estimated the bill at about four times our very low average usage.

Just got one yesterday for electricity, 400 $ when all our other ones have for the past year have been 90 ...

Most of the extract brews i have done have at least 500g of Crystal in them, i personally dont find it over the top, and if anything would use more. Especially for an Amber Ale.

In John Palmers How to brew his amber ale recipe has 900g of 2 Different sorts of Cyrstal 60L and 90L. and his brews are ...

i did this as my second brew with 500g LDME 500g Dex and 20g tettnang. I too used carbed drops, and i found the same thing, that it is really fizzy.

Could it be the Carb drops, coupled with the thinness of the Mexican cerveza whcih lead to such evident fizz?

The tettnang hops worked real well the ...

if you have pellets you can just throw them in when fermentation is slowling down. The pellets will disintergrate and sink to the bottom with the yeast. (in primary)

I tried this for the first time my last brew (20g) , and thats exactly what happened. it worked really well.

ive got a celtic red sitting in the fridge waiting to be drunk, and ive tried the Wheat, but like Rysa said i wasnt too sure about it, but that could be due to the fact that i havent drunk alot of wheat beers.

i will definatley boost up the boil size to as much as the pot can ...
