Just knocked off a stub of this , not overly exciting, surprised its been a award winning beer? but hey I'm no judge only a humble brewer.
Anyway it's def got some carbonation going, which I guess is steam style but it leaves a zingy tang on your tongue I think that ...

Re: Brew Dog Punk IPA Recipe.
Sorry for the late reply here, no I never got around to brewing it, have had a break from it lately as we had a baby some months ago which seems to take up a great portion of my spare time.
But I will hopefully get to this soon enough.

I leave mine for 2 wks min on everything, even if I reach 1.010 early, which is always the case anyways on 2 wks in primary, some yeasts can eat up in 3 or 4 days, but I can't see how moving it to next stage after such a short time as that can ever be a good move?

It's not a mistake matey, all is good here. You definitely haven't offended me in the slightest, I'm not some nancy boy that gets upset at others opinions, they are welcomed as it expands knowledge, which to me is a good thing I think.

Re: Brew Dog Punk IPA Recipe.
I don't know that's all, which is why I asked in the first place because everywhere I look at recipe's for this particular IPA the hop additions are full on.And varied probably because there were 2 different recipes that BDP used, I dunno?
Take this, BDP hop profile for a 50L batch for example:

I've used Nelson in a few pale ale's. I do like it personally, especially in my Fat Yak clone's, but just experimenting as we do always looking for that special beer, often not planned but rather stumbled into....
