I know it's not Kolsch with us-05, that's just the name of the grain bill i stole for my single hop experiments.

Thanks guys, i tried twenty different searches this morning and came up with nothing.

Just joined on facebook to try and find the local classifieds, but buggered if i know how to search for it. Says in the wiki that they've had classifieds for years, but it comes up as nothing when i search?

I've had this for a long time, thinking of converiting a big old stainless lined freezer that we have at a mates place, but the mrs is afraid an old freezer will use too much power.

Thanks guys, yes i'll post some piccies up over the next few days. it was abit hard to find pics of my gear that didn't breach the no distillation rules on the other forum as most of my gear doubles as for it's use.
