Just couldn't wait, but you know i am really surprised, it's only been 14 days ish but today i stuck one of my brew in the fridge, when nice and cold i poured it into a glass, wow half an inch of head and the taste well it's better than half the crap i have got from the pub.

Well i have bottled my first brew and all went well, i must say i was really surprise just how clear the beer was when it was in the bottle so now i have put 63 bottles away in the dark and will open my first after one month, i will report back then.

Thanks so much to all of you your help is very much appreciated and yes i did get my gear from a garage sale ( which wasn't much) so i will buy more gear as i can afford it, just one more thing how much do yo fill the bottles.

My first time brew seems to be going ok, it is still doing a little bubbling but today (day 9) i let some out into a clear glass it's cloudy but i suppose that is mostly sediment as i did not take much out, it smells great and i just had a little touch taste and it tasted reasonable ...

Thank you all for your comments i will take all on board, it seems i made a bad mistake as far as the cleaning etc side of things go and at this point i have the urge to tip it all out and start again as i am sure it will be infected.
