Microbrewery - Question

I have been a home brewer for many years with varying success and recently I have discovered a micro brewery in Gosford. You know the story....you just use their ingredients, equipment, etc and you get a good beer.

I have done 2 so far with the results OK but not as good as I thought. First one was ...

Thanks guys. It does not smell the best, or taste the best, but hey, I have no other brews ready so i will have to persist. nothing so depressing that you have to buy a carton of beer, even though you have some in the garage at home.
I am no quitter though. Wish me luck.....

Saw Rush in Scotland a few years back..awesome

As for the US what about Frank Zappa? A genius and very underated.

REM are one of my favourites, but up to and before Green. Some of the later stuff does not do much for me. Their earliest days were the best....Seen them 3 times too...

Beer cloudy in the bottle

I done a brew a few weeks back and put it in the bottle a few weeks ago. The problem is that the brew is cloudy. I am yet to try the brew but just looking in the bottle it aint very clear. Should it be OK?
It was just a Cascade Spicy Ghost with a dextrose from the supermarket.

Really couldn't give a flying ........ after all it's only AFL.

But if push comes to shove I'd rather see Sydney win.

More importantly, c'mon Tigers in the League semi's against St george next weekend.

How could you prefer to watch five blokes trying to push four blokes up three blokes ...

Not to sure about all the soaking and cleaning, but like the rest of the day...the stuff about consuming. Who came up with the idea?

The day is only a few weeks before Top Bloke Day. The day is gaining momentum and is one that will one day be internationaly renowned. Jump on board early and have ...

Thanks greg, that's what I thought, just needed someone else to back me up. The best thing I guess is that if I get to sick, I can blame the brew rather than the amount.....

Top Bloke Day

Guys, I am fairly new to this site, but I couldn't think of a bunch of blokes that would qualify for Top Bloke Day...being homebrewers and all.

It is something that I came up with nearly 5 years ago. It has had some exposure on the radio in NSW, QLD and VIC. It is just a fun thing I came with ...

Try filling the glass halfway with cider, then the rest with beer. Might not taste the best, but it is rocket fuel.....called a snakebite. In some pubs in England, they won't sell it because people get smashed on it to easily.
2 glasses of that, and all will be good with the world, including the ...

Kepping glasses clean

What is the best way to keep drinking glasses clean? I currently just wash them out under the hot tap and occasionally sterilise them.
My beer doe not keep its head. It used to but not for ages. I just use a Cascade kit and don't add anything extra. The bottles I use have been around for years ...
