I dont remember what the first beer was that i tried, was probably KB or Resches pilsener. Thats what my dad drank way back when i was a youngster. Was always a bit of a treat to get a sip of dads beer and I always enjoyed it.

He also brewed his own for a while but i dont remember ever tasting it ...

I just brewed one of these cans today. I used the Coopers Brew Enhancer 2 and the supplied yeast as suggested in the instructions. I also added a little extra sugar to make it a bit stronger. Cant wait to see how it goes, from all reports this kit gets pretty close to the real thing

I botlled my first brew 9 days ago, a coopers lager can. I let it sit in bottles at fermentation temperature for 9 days. Just put it in my beer fridge tonight to lager for a while. I opened a stubby so i could compare how it tastes and will probably try another after 2 weeks in the fridge.

Hi im about to bottle my first brew, made from the can of copers lager that came with my brew kit. I just followed the instructions it came with.

From what i've read on these forums coopers lager cans come packaged with ale yeast NOT lager yeast.

Was just wondering if i should still lager my beer ...
