Debunk: Aluminum & Alzheimer's

Hi all,

I've been looking through the threads and just wanted to respond to a topic that's been in a few of them. To point - Aluminum pots, cans, etc are directly responsible for Alzheimer disease.

Welcome to the best beer & the worst beer you may ever t

The best beer is what you'll make. The worst beer is what happens to the taste of almost every commercial beer after you start homebrewing!

My advice for the first homebrew -
- Ditch the recommended kg of sugar and use the Brew Enhancer 1 instead.

Creemore Springs Clone Recipe

While the beer here in my adopted country is rather tasty (Coopers, James Squire, Young & Jackson take a bow), I often miss some of those great Canadian beers I grew up on.

Plastic Bottles

Hey all,

I've heard from an HBS guy that plastic bottles as found in HB packs are prone to splitting after 6-8 uses. Is there any truth to this?
