similar idea, i use the large off cuts from security grilles as my bottle drier, diamond pattern is perfect

Hello all,
anyone ever come across this phenomenon.
picture it......
HB bottled nearly 4 months ago (Bav lagar)
place beer in fridge for half a day and tastes fine.
place beer in fridge for 3 days and its almost undrinkable :cry: .
this wasn't a fluke of possibly having an infected bottle as i tried ...

Hi guys, on the racking question, i racked an amber ale yesterday after sitting for 5 days (air lock bubbled once ever 20 seconds) and know all fermentation has stopped :cry: (SG currently at 1020) any suggestions?

Mate of mine drinks light beer,
i don't like it and therefor don't keep it in the fridge.
when he's over and wants a beer i simply drink a 1/4 from the bottle and add water, and it tastes just like a commercial light beer.
