I prefer a hershbrucker, about 6g quick boil for 20 mins, 6g dry.
Try Brewcraft Mexican Cerveza, much better in my opinion, with no added hops.
Both with a brew booster.

If you like dark beers try, 1 can Morgans Aussie Old, 1 can Morgans Aussie Draught.
I make it to 18L because I keg and it ends up around 6% alc.
Very nice winter beer though.
