This is a new, standard feature of the new version 3 of phpBB.

Chris,

If you're a Firefox user, there is a Greasemonkey script that will let you do this. Have a look for phpBB scripts 'cos theres loads of them. There's also a handy one for ignoring certain users' posts.

In the next few months a completely new version of this forum software, phpBB, will be released.

When I upgrade, I'm going to enable private messaging, which will please many of you.

Are there any other features you'd like to see on this forum?

Documentation on the version 3 is available here if anyone's interested.
